Dark opaque color. Interesting on the nose, not lingering long and hiding the tannins within.
Juicy fruity texture with a lot to consider. Dusty cherry chewiness present upon further inspection. I wonder if Gamay is always like this. There's an earthiness to the tannins

Fresh, balanced, good concentration/ depth with dark fruit, hint of herbs on palate, & subtle cherry finish. Really good.

Surprisingly tannic (French oak). Dark berries, with some chocolate in the finish. Tastes just as young as it was.
