Very light and primary red fruit. Dark cherries and a bit simple alongside the others. Good

This was all toasty oak on opening, a bit raw, took time for the wild, burly dark fruit to come out. Evocative and multi-dimensional, showing heaps of both fruit and savory elements and nice breadth on the mid palate. I could have done without the grainy, raspy texture however. Very nice, if a bit roasted. Decant recommended

Holy Burgundy God, I know you exist. It's not about taste, it's a feeling deep in your gut. (Or Just add blueberry pie and you will levitate.)

Jammy, deep colored Burg. Still youthful and tight. Has some class but needs time to unwind. Try in 2017

Riper vintage a fair amount of secondary and herbal notes but ripe red and black fruit. Moderate plus acid.
