Touraine Sauvignon that would blow a lot of Sancerre off the table. Flinty, rich and bust-out ripe, like a lot of Loire ‘18s will be. Theft at $13-$15 retail.

Feb 12th, 2019Clear lemon yellow, crispy fresh tone of grape fruit, pineapple, chalk, herb white pepper, after couple of time, I could feel nuance of mango. Fruity attack with crispy acid and salty after.

Jul 8th, 2022Erin: very light (nearly nonexistent) acidity, with a marbled, buttery finish. I wouldn't think this was a Sav Blanc, but rather a chenin blanc. 6 out if 10-- would probably go lovely with a spicy dish. Bring this instead of Chardonnay
John: very light acidity, not tart at all, really. Very smooth on the tongue. 7.5/10 as a wine, 6/10 as a sauv blanc (slightly more acidic with food)
