Aug 14th, 2018Light straw gold. Succulent nose with bright fruit... apricot, lemon, clay, marzipan and spearmint. Rich and round in the mouth. Nice structure that weighs on the fruit side more than the acidity. Really nice juice. One of the better 06's that I recall tasting or drinking. Can certainly improve but nice now.

Brilliant gold color. Nose: oxidize, butter, caramel, anise, overripe pear, yellow apple, ashy earth. Toast. Med + body, acid Med + finish, vanilla bean. Almond. Tail end of development. Drink now.
