Rich golden colour. The nose has some hazelnuts slightly and some buttery notes, with yellow orchard fruit notes like peach. The palate is medium to full bodied, rich, dense with enough acidity to support the richness. Very nice despite being only a Village wine as I am a big fan of the Domaine. 90-91 pts
Couleur or soutenue. 90-91 — 8 days ago
Actually one of the better examples of Ramonet I’ve had in quite some time. (I dailed it back because I had back luck with premox) this shows no such thing. Still fresh and vibrant, the 2011 whites continue to shine. Very nice — a month ago

It gets better when it warms up
I was taken by surprise when I start smelling wet rocks, like the bed of a river, like a turquoise.
It reminded me of a Chassagne-Montrachet made by Ramonet or anyway we are talking that royal class.
Long and relatively inexpensive.
