Probably the best aligote I've ever had. Needs a minute to breathe. This wine has a multitude of hauntingly subtle flavors ranging from vanilla pound cake and fresh coconut, to lemongrass, spearmint, and pine. It changes in the glass remarkably. This is memorable aligote.

Ramonet Aligote, don't hesitate to find this wine, it's exceptional. Minerally/citrus rind complexity with whiff of licorice on the nose and palate, gorgeous seamless finish. No sharp edges, smooth as silk. 2011
