A little further along than the Batard. Just as much fun. Decanted for 45+ minutes. Lovely expression and no mox. Although this one had a slightly darker color to it. As built as it was and could use time I wonder about some premox potential.

The Ramonet was beautifully intergrated and the Prunot was still so fresh.

Shows the vintage, a bit fat. Needs more acidity but s nice quaff, minerals and a bit of mint.

Spectacular. Explosive nose that is bright and petrol laden. Deep complexed and balanced. Never enough of this...

Man this was good! Out of mag. Rich, buttery, classic spearmint with beautiful fruit structure and acidity.
