Showing some nice color with a classic Sangiovese palate. Flowers, tart cherry, dust, and mouth watering acid. Mid-palate is lean an hollow in the most charming way. Screams w/food.

Had this with leftover bacon-wrapped pork loin and thyme potatoes. The high acidity and dry bitterness cut right through the fat. Nice pairing. It also made me miss that Corsican maquis ✨ #garagiste
