Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay

Less overt oak than the 2012 I had recently. Hopefully this reflects a slight change of mindset from one of my favorite producers.

Tasty. In a good place.

Same as previous notes. This is an excellent Bourgogne Blanc.

Beautiful, fresh, clean BB. Glad I have more!

Served with the Vinloq System
👃Minerality leads the way. Pear, orange, lemon & white pepper spice
👅Dense and bone dry. Matchstick/minerality is attention grabber: Meursault-like 👍

Overperforms bourgogne classification.

Remainder stored in fridge with Vinloq preservation

DAY3
Great as soon as it hits the glass. Best when cool to keep it focused and crisp

DAY10
Pithy grapefruit & ginger. Good acid. Toasty. Big flavor & complexity overdeliver for the 💵

If the Boisson Bourgogne Blanc is this good, how good are their wines with bigger expectations? I intend to find out! 🥂
