I just love Loire reds and this is no exception. Nose full of black pepper and clove. Beautiful palate with balance and grace. Just delicious. Thanks for another Aaron Epstein chosen wine !

Very good, much more fruit than the prior vintage I had. Still anise, blackberry, plum and hay. So very delicious.

This came out of the gate somewhat thin and uninspiring, but soon after swelled into a wonderfully sleek and grippy wine. Quite Burgundian, to employ an overused descriptor. Good value, but you must be a bit patient.
