This was the rosé. This charming Corsican wine might have been a touch to light for the excellent trout that Cinnamon made, but in today's steroid wine world, a mistake on the light side is welcome from time to time. Although mostly composed of exotic native grape varieties, this would not be out of place in a flight of Provençal rosé.

On the nose: Lavender, peach, strawberry. Very nice
Palate balances fruit ripeness and acidity beautifully. Strawberry, stonefruit, red grapefruit.
Exquisite balance and dangerously gulpable. Another beauty from Corsica.
