Hard to believe it’s the same grape that goes toward some of the most boring white wines available. This is wild; pretty peach color from a little skin contact, slight oxidative notes which add to the complexity without tiring the wine out, very lively, intense and fairly long finish, most of the fruit is around apricots. Lovely

Not as much sugar as the Les Jardin Pinot Blanc by same producer. Full bodied and textured. Very nice.

Honey & notable anise/herbal aromatics. Lots of power here with pronounced tropical fruit & more honeysuckle. Excellent palate weight which is often the challenge with PG. Ostertag make beautiful wines & this one represents them well.

Heavy floral bouquet, best when paired with something bitter to bring out the flavor. Glad to have it again after first trying it in Norway this summer.

Slight oak accents, silky. Paired nicely with codfish and a slightly bitter salad (which pushed the wine into a sweeter state).
