Something like this wouldn’t normally be my jam. Loads of reduction, and focus and what seems like a warm ferment. Meaning lean, and smelling like a bike tire, but in the end I kept going back to the glass and enjoying.

Vintage 2017 / rich smell with obviously good concentration. Complex. Stinking (positive). Vanilla. Mild in the mouth. Lemon in aftertaste. A good wine for diner. Impressive.
