Earthy and savory notes with barnyard funk and French oak on the nose. Dark cherry, menthol, strawberry jam, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, cranberry, earthy minerals, and cedar on the palate. Medium alcohol, medium light tannins, and high acid.

Jan 23rd, 2022This is my favorite of my recent Burgundy lineup. The earthy component is more of a cacao-tinged forest floor. It is rich without being decadent. Beautifully framed fruit, but not so much you’d mistake this for new world. Silky tannins make it glide effortlessly across the palate. Great stuff.
