Generously provided by dear friends at a recent dinner which they even more generously provided. Crystaline cherries and earth in a midweight style. It put on considerable weight over a three hour period, starting very light and tight and ending quite open and delicious.

Pop and pour. Purchased from Domaine. Lovely smoke and plum with a touch of VA. On the palate: excellent acidity, a touch of dark chcocolate, bright red fruit and soft tannin on the finish. Excellent for its level.
