I recommend this salty, savory style pink with round mouthfeel and yellow cherry fruit in the mid palette. This is a great example of the food friendly Rosé coming from Corsica. And this at a fraction of other examples in Kermit’s portfolio.

Vin léger à boire à l'apéritif .

Melon and a slight smoky note on the nose, along with a funky whiff that let me know right away this is Corsica. Full-bodied and rich with creamy berry fruit and tingly spice, but with a slightly vegetal, bitter finish. Not the most restrained.
