Garnet verging on brick.
I smell very earthy aromas; horse farm, camp fire and soot.
A real stranger on the pallete. First I'm hit with a red fruit, not cherry or any of the common fruit notes- something more natural and tart, not as tart as a cranberry but I'm thinking of mixed dried currants with fresh goose berries and the Sirah comes through with a touch of black pepper and there is just a touch of effervescence from this natural creation.

Thank you Kermit Lynch for bringing in this taste of Corsica! — 8 months ago
Melon and a slight smoky note on the nose, along with a funky whiff that let me know right away this is Corsica. Full-bodied and rich with creamy berry fruit and tingly spice, but with a slightly vegetal, bitter finish. Not the most restrained. — 7 years ago

Rose, not a red! — 3 years ago
Luscious dark fruit showing flavors of grilled meat and smoke, yet medium bodied and with ample acidity to make the next sip instinctual. Divine comes to mind as the best descriptor. Drinking this puts me in communion with the earth. Sadly, KLWM doesn't import this one :( — 6 years ago
