Blackberry juice - unsweetened, an easily detected aroma.
Lively little wine, almost as if it’s still fermenting. Tart cranberry, blue fruit skins, sharper than smooth. An odd one, especially for a Kermit Lynch wine. Undecided.

Dark appearance, purple hue. Super briary. The gose of the wine realm as it is very herbal in all facets. Unexpected and very niche when paring with food. Two unfamiliar varietals here for me.

A really interesting blend that makes me think of Southern Rhône blend or Cru Beaujolais in Reality a 35% - Niellucciu 30% Grenache 15% Sciaccarellu and 15% Syrah 5% Mouvedre Very nice enjoyable red

I was really rooting for this wine. My grandmother Julia was Corsican, after all. But I was very disappointed. I think this went through ML in the bottle. It had noticeable carbonation and the fruit was virtually non existent. The bottle sat partial for a day, and surprise surprise, the CO2 is gone and wouldn't you know, some lovely fruit appeared. I'm sure this was a terrific wine going into the bottle, but was it filtered? How was the bottling sanitation? That first impression was a very poor one
