Sep 8th, 2023Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and big floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of and floral spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with flinty mineral spice. Nice!

Dec 6th, 2020This is great with fried chicken! Pear tones with a great citrus (lemon) finish. For a modest price it over performs. Even at 8 years - lot’s of energy.

May 1st, 2020This would have been much better if I didn’t have the Tor Chardonnay first. Very subtle lichee and stone which was excellent.

Always a great dinner. First course, Butternut Squash Soup. I almost texted Chef Hedy to suggest this dish but, did not! So happy it’s on menu.
The Louis Michel has started to round (in 375ml) out, add some weight and blend so well with the soup.
Round, phat, slightly honeyed citrus surrounded by caramel, buttery, richness with soft allspice seasoning. Incredible!
Chef Hedy has made this before but, she really out did herself tonight with her BSS.
If you live in & around the greater Bay Area, you owe to yourself to attend one of the dinners Hedy holds 4-5 times a year. Not only is the food amongst the very best we had, the people that attend and environment are as equally good. Find Hedy @Plate&Bottle

From the Passionfish list in PG. Light straw color. Tight nose. Notes of lime blossoms, some honeydew, chalky stones and a little green apple. Nice acidity in the mouth. Young. Needs time but served its purpose tonight.
