Saying this is an entry level Chablis like saying Captain Ahab was a middling fisherman. Not the best, but good for obsessively smiting ones enemies.

Slight nutty, oxidative note that dominated the nose. The palate gave way to a driving acidy, and fleshy core that still held on to honied pears and lingering finesse.
