Seems like this has shut down since when I last had it almost a year ago. Quiet nose gives some stream stones and pear/apple skin. Crisp, lean, and minerally in the mouth (only 12%). Almost seems more like an Aligote than a Chardonnay.

Nov 18th, 2017Surprisingly mineral. Almost like Burgundy disguised as Savoie. Nose very unyielding. Vague whiffs of citrus pith, pear, and intensely bright stoniness. Lively and bright as all get- out in the mouth, with nothing but limestoney minerality and crisp acids all the way down. Very unique and refreshing.
