Roy Richard’s wine. Very full

First encounter, two importers collaboration with Gerard Gauby. Yellow golden color and slight oxidation overlaid with stones white flowers carrying through to somewhat salty savory lively palate and finish. 54/27/10/6/3 Sauvignon Macabeu Grenache Blanc Chardonnay and miscellaneous.

Golden amber in colour,, with rancia & oxidative notes in the forefront and some hay and ripe apricot in the back. Nice acidity with nutty aromas, high drinkability. Not unlike a dry sherry, without the steering acidity. Interesting.

Blanc.

Another wine reminiscent of this region which makes a sharp turn with a finish reminiscent of a sherry.
