2011. Can a wine be completely fascinating and totally plain at the same time? This white is pretty much only about acid. But its acidity is totally quenching. Less piercing or focused acidity (not kanker-inducing) and more Gatoradish in nature. It's both a wine I would be ok never drinking again OR be ok with drinking every week for the rest of my life. Which is pretty darn fascinating.
