High acidity, big, concentrated flavours of lemon and saline mineral. Very good entry level, even in a hot year like 15. The alcohol is high, but well integrated. 27 months in 228L barrels, bottled almost two years ago, 02/2018.

Lots of depth here. Baked or candied lemon, minerals all over, salinity in the finish, and some nutty notes throughout.
