Captures the gist of northern NSG without a hefty price point. Tardy’s 80 year old vine in the lieu dit do not hurt either. Silken tannin, pure and lovely black cherry fruit, hints of the exotic like licorice root and stat anise, plenty of forest notes like sous bois, damp fern, and cedar. I think they matched the cooperage well here, its supportive of this more compact and acid driven vintage. Over a couple days it has held well and been pleasurable.

Classy but tight. Opened in the glass over time. Smoky, floral perfume. Strawberry, rhubarb. Lemons. Unity. Very young. Would love to taste in a few years.

Animal, spices cherries, sweet wood, smokey earth. Tannins have resided but acidity still alive. Could go a few more years but great now

Lovely. Sappy cherry fruit with balancing acidity. Vineyard sits below NSG 1er Boudots, catercorner to Vosne 1er Malconsorts and above Vosne aux Reas. My last bottle.

Just like the one I had in December. Fully mature. Tannins are resolved. Lovely sweet red fruits. Excellent QPR. $30.

This was excellent. This villages wine is from just over the border from Vosne Romanee. Light and ethereal. Tannins are mostly resolved.
