Chave white. So young yet so very much enjoyable.

I’ve had this twice before. It’s easy to guess blind cause it’s very unique. It’s savoury and has a fino quality to it. Ripe apple, ginger, marzipan, dill. One of a kind.

Doftar verkligen skirar smör med potatis. Inte så mycket frukt i doften. Smaken är också smörig men fyllig och en fin beska.

So young but gorgeous Hermitage Blanc from the master himself. If you think Chave's reds are great his whites may be even better.

Holy shit. Ethereal in so many ways.
