Really focused and balanced. Minerality and soft floral notes. Refined and precise

Nice gold hue. Heavy, looks rich in the glass. High pitched nose that offers both ripe fruit like pear and some blood orange, along with some light caramel and warm lemon. Powers up in the mouth after some air. Still, this comes across as a bit flat and leaves you wanting more.

Little bit corky.. Tasting an important evolution. Maybe the wrong bottle.

Delicious bottle from an outstanding producer that has aged wonderfully. Very complex, with delicately oxidated yellow pears, apples and a round nuttiness of almonds, and a hint of caramel.

Good grip...never leans flabby. Stands up to the spice and fermentation well. Ripe peach, apricot and honey. Broad and full but with a real spine.
