A good wine but didn't blow me away like other JL Chave wines I have had. Dark ruby color, dark fruit and bubble gum on the nose. Spicy and a bit tart with a long finish. Paired with mole verde burrito and beans (maybe not the best pairing).

Medium+ intensity on the nose. Perfumed with lavendar, violets, blackberry, pepper, sweet spices, black olives. Decanted this for 2 hours and it was just starting to open. Extremely long finish with med+ body, acidity, tannin. What is this going to taste like in 10 years?
