Silky red fruits, cream and light earth notes on the nose. The fruits taste far more reserved and muted (at least for now) and leave the front of the palate lacking. Nice cream, floral, tinges of earth on the mid and finish. Interesting baking spices and cooked meats. Lots of acidity so this very well could come back into prime shape with time.

Feels way younger than its age. Robust wine, with intense red fruit, slight oak, and sous-bois. Long finish.
