You can smell that 15 sunshine. Ripe pear, richness, minerals, but very 15 and somewhat chablis. Palate is delicious and rich with a tinge of warmth. Textured and soft but balanced.

Classic Flint, lemony acidity and a bit of green apple. Lean and compact, this needs some time but it already shows great character with a long briny finish

When the price of this doubles in a few years grown men and women will be weeping that they didn’t buy more. Myself included. Explosive fruit and minerality. More than enough balancing acidity for the 15 acidity alarmists. As this opens it has palate expansiveness. My gut is that this will improve with more age. Wow. Bought from Fass Selections. Ok an hour in this is killing it. Profound wine.

@Delectable Wine this is Jean Dauvissat Pere & Fils, diff winery.

Gorgeous nose. Big mineral. Big oyster shells and perfume. A sense of richness and ripeness. But classic as Chablis gets. Palate is intense and electric with wonderful purity and freshness. Loads of acidity and minerals to burn. Very long. Good material here and ideally is better in 2-3 years.

Nose has a rich minerality. Some vanilla. Some mountain herbs.

Palate is rich. Light Peach. Still mineral. Quite Opulent but balanced. Still some raciness

Finish is lovely. Crushed Minerals made from petrified tropical fruits.

Hot years in Chablis are still great in the right hands. They are certainly different.

Crisp acidity and luscious citrus fruit on the long finish. Bought from Fass Selections. Sliding my other bottle deeper into the cellar for another year or two.
