Peanuts on baking green apples. Nutty, earthy, round & snappy.

Spiced apple and peanut butter creme--mineral with a vanilla note, high acid tempered by round creamy mouthfeel. Stinky mineral notes began to develop as it warmed up.

Thunder Mountain farted. Just a lil bit. No premox, but a tad stanky. Otherwise clean, nicely developed and still got great cut.

A very nice start to our visit in Chablis.

Powerful ripe citrus with enough of an acidic backbone to match. Shows some oak & texturally this has a richness to it. This delivers plenty of enjoyment in youth and the vineyard is a great one. Very good Chablis.

Just a perfect complement to a sushi/yakitori dinner - lovely but not heavy balance in acidity and oh so youthful! Having a little oak in Chablis is never a bad thing!

Took some time to balance out but decent blend of acidity, citrus and vanilla roundness (didn’t know this was done in oak)

Drink immediately. Perfect. Still carries the mineral qualities of a classic Chablis. But also displays heavy hints of an older white, with butterscotch and slightly nutty.
