A great wine. Love this estate’s classic, feral, gamey St. Jo’s. Wild and pretty nose. Very floral, gamey and with nice lift but also very broad. Awesome. Superb aromas. Palate is ripe and meaty, with velvety and sweet tannins and lovely freshness and acidity. Terrifically put together abs very compact with exquisitely pure fruit. Finishes long and peppery with granitic crunch. Wonderful.

Love the unbridled bloodiness of Marsanne’s St. Jo’s. This is glorious. Olive, garrigue, lavender, blackberry, black cherry, Smokey, feral but so much olive. Unreal. And very aromatic now. Palate is so good and full of 2015 fruit but also insanely young and pretty closed. Serious granitic structure and very pure fruit and typical 2015 extraordinarily long finish.

PnP. Getting a lot of fruit off the bat which is nice. Not a ton of attack/ structure tho. Does have nice long pleasing finish. Drinking half tonight / half tmrw. Will see how she evolves. Btw, def feminine in nature...

Fresh and lean, but great fruit. Good balance of acidity and tannins. @grapelyle thank you!
