A good little Pouilly-Fuissé, perfect for seafood and, even more so, for shellfish. I highly recommend urchin and oysters to balance the fruity, citrus notes of the wine. #vino #invinoveritas #foodie #foodporn #wineporn

Now owned by Jadot but retains the classic Ferret style. Lower acidity, high buttery oak. Great mid palate 'minerality' for want of a better word. Quite quite enjoyable.
