Fooooook me! This is one of the greatest wines I can ever imagine tasting. On the nose there is bergamot, toffee apple, treacle tart, apple tart flambé, flapjack, fresh red and green apple. Treacle pudding and floral notes of iris and furniture polish. In the mouth this has an indescribable acidity and freshness of rich, toffee apple fruit but with an uber acidity that keeps it unbelievably fresh, taught and crisp in the mouth. Never have I had such a blend of fresh acidity and rich, aged fruit.
