Creamy, lemon meringue pie & tart au citron, Bags of honey and creamy green apple. In the mouth it's incredibly fresh with a sharp acidity though full, almost unctuous breath though, lovely!

after a full day of tasting, there's nothing quite like sabering a huet out the second floor window with a survival knife.

Surpassingly lackluster. A totally acceptable beverage, but not much more than that.

Very good. Fresh, honeyed, creamy, apples, white peach, yeasty biscuit due to its 4-5 years on lees. Fine mousse, lightly creamy and still very fresh. Needs 3-4 years to soften. But still damn tasty

This is recognizably Chenin and recognizably Huet. Great sparkler.

Tiny bubbles! 🍾 lemon curd, mandarin oil, & flint. So refreshing after a bike ride from hell in Loire!
