Apr 21st, 2019Got that 3-day old bruised pear fruit with the barest hint of oxidative quality—which I know is pretty common but I’m highly ambivalent to it. Also wet stream stones. Seriously, there’s a biologic quality like wine made from grapes that were supposed to be foot-trodden, but the foot trodders ended up having sex in the vat instead.

Dec 2nd, 2018Night 2 notes. Fragrant with rock dust, light pear, white flowers and waxy note. Cracklingly pure in the mouth, with lots of apply fruit and wet stones. Good acids balance it out.

Jun 25th, 2017Intense deep apple and pear skin fruit over stones freshly-pulled from a stream. Bone dry and intensely minerally in the mouth. Really shiny acids make the long finish crisp. I'm not a huge fan of Chenin Blanc but even with that headwind I think this is very nice.
