This mutant Pinot noir from CLOS Jacquinot, finally just enough to fill one barrel and qualify for Nuits Saint George's appellation . Noble mineral broad and creamy , so much structure and finesse, still young . Glorious finesse and intensity , yum!

Only problem?? It is half bottle 😂😂 it resembles an aged Barolo . I have a problem with this .
I want to do a tasting of aged Gouges wines and aged traditional Barolo
Anyway rose petals, incense, talc powder, curry, cherries e wild strawberries. Texturally is still tannic, but armoniously. Lingers 4 long.
