Opened up nicely after an hour or so

Coal, damp earth, cedar aromas. Dark and earthy palate with licorice tannins and black currant. Lots of tannins. Thought worked well with our #Lebanese supper. #provençemagic really great wine @Anthony Lynch

GSM, shall I say any more. Perfect with the charcuterie.

Nice kiss of Brett. Fruit shines through. Earth.

The real natural wine without any overt volatility. One of Provence's best reds for sure.

Organic and biodinamic cultivation. Wine stored in Concrete barrils.
Infusion of Syrah, Cabernet and Grenache.
Intense aroma of black cherries and strawberries finishing with a peppery taste in the end. Although the 2008 is smoother than the 2012, I could still feel a tannic finish.

Dark and spicy, some leather and garrigue aromas. Smooth texture with some grip on the back palate. Def benefits from a hearty meal alongside but not at all heavy or ungainly
