Gigondas Red Rhone Blend

Delicious wine with red cherries, dried, and baked, brambly, herbal and black pepper..quite a balanced wine and the black pepper just begs for a steak. Mainly grenache driven, but syrah in background is wonderful..

Super juicy...brambles and garrigue. Grenache is really taking center stage with this wine at this moment.

Red , dried cherries and strawberries, baked overtones, med plus acid, high alcohol, that “garrigue” aromas..just a delicious wine...

Alcohol on the nose and finish. Should have drank this earlier. Still decent, but probably not close to what it was.

Pretty tasty with Zuni Cafe roast chicken!

This went pretty well with the roast chicken. I forgot to record it so dont have any noted on it. Thanks to my brother for giving it to me. I think would have lasted a few more years in the cellar

Smooth red fruit, gravely minerals, and spice.

Cherries, chocolate, orange on the nose and dried strawberries, tobacco on the palate. Very nice and complex.
