Right out of the gate the nose on this is classic Red Burgundy. It takes me back to the first time I had a real Red Burgundy myself as this had the elegance and perfume aromatics and flavors of earth, mushroom, red berries, a touch of floral and plenty of forest floor. Hard to stop smelling this it is so food!

The palate was elegant with fine tannins that get a little chewy on the finish.
