Clean and classic nose. Saline and almost chlorophyll like. Some green apple and some vineyard peach. Precise and very pretty aromas. Palate is ripe, round and juicy. Very clean and very pure. Like drinking a winter stream in the mountains. Good density and juiciness with solid structure. Good sap and finish. Very nice.

Limestone, lemon and hay. Chablis classic nose. The palate is fun : good and strong acid backbone, lemon and a and chalky mouthfeel. Width and length. This wine has an identity. It has a very long tangy, acid finish with lemon and that chalky stuff lingering. This is average chablis Premier cru.

2021 , hints of orange blossoms and zest. Lemony, candied citrus peels, saline, crisp although could be just a bit more nervous. Very good.
