Les Brouillards Volnay 1er Cru Pinot Noir

This wine is delicious!

Drank at KamBoat dinner on 17/01/22. Very nice on the nose, flowering on pallet, light tanning, good finishes

Red fruit, plums and barnyard.

Nose of smoke and cassis, black cherry. Too ripe and glossy for my tastes, but would be interested to try in a cooler vintage 😎

Dark fruit, smokey, liquorice and some new oak seemingly on the nose and palate. Tasted blind and seemed like a new world Pinot, not as good as a bottle tasted a few years back.87-88

Fruits noirs, fumé, boisé, réglisse, ressemblait à l’aveugle à un Pinot boisé et concentré du nouveau monde, pas mauvais mais moins bon que la premiere bouteille bue il y a un bout. 87-88

Was ok ... lacked fruit concentration in my view

16+/20 (88+/100) Аромат клубники, малины, слив и ванили. Умеренная тельность, высокая кислотность, интенсивные и сухие танины. Довольно элегантное и очень молодое вино.

Solid structure, good "bones", but not enough on the bones to make it memorable. Lacks the nuances that I was expecting from a 1er Cru from this 2009 vintage.
