Native #corsican grape #nielluciu with a dash of #grenache. Dark fruit, full tannins, a little smoke. Happily paired with oxtails & carrots @Nomad on last night of this trip to #nyc

Great value for this rustic Patrimonio. Leathery grip, lots of resinous maquis, some granite crunch, and a hint of wild animal blood. One of the best Corsican values and best value in Patrimonio.

Wow. Tannin.com. Really tart but salty. If I was a Corsican, I'd drink the hell out of this. Great purchase. But gritty.
