Drawn back to this Vosne Romanee by a producer family we have tried before (Noellat). Did not disappoint with the usual red currant aromas, overly ripe strawberries in a jammy flavor.

Medium rubi robe, nose of spices, anise and crushed flowers. Deceivingly light body with lots of material and elegant tannins. Was really good to drink but has potential to improve. Classically done, very much to our taste.

Bought at auction a while ago, label fell off at some point, and I forgot the wine. True blind tasting. I think it is a 93 Noellat Nuit st. George. Did the trick.
