Generous and delicious, quite broad. Another great bottle which felt young for its age.

From a great looking bottle with a high fill. Light to medium gold color, nice weight. Notes of white flowers, clove and tan spice, some honey and white clay. Impactful first sip. Rich chewy and still young. Gave it 5 hours of air and still seemed mostly primary. Has lots of upside and is not near it’s apex yet.

Tour d’Argent. Medium gold with great weight in the glass. Awesome nose. Notes of apricot, honeysuckle, lemon, cantaloupe, tan spice and river stones. Rich with great acidity. A great Raveneau in a perfect spot for consumption. Needed 3 hours of air to show us its best. Killer juice.

Still so primary, this needed an hour in a decanter to even begin to unfurl. Quintessential, pure Raveneau aromatics, textures and flavors of white florals, crushed rock, lemon oil. The concentration and density is remarkable.

Some secondary notes on the nose with soft lime and rock pool minerals. Very settled, poised and balanced. Classy and mature.

Another example of why Raveneau’s 2011’s are exceptional. Transcends the vintage. Pure, chalky, vinous and quite open.

Yellow gold, nice weight. Offers a nose that is textbook Raveneau Chablis. Sea shells, lemon, wet river stone, some honey and a little cardamom spice. Fruit forward. Fruit builds with air. Impactful finish. Lucious. More fruit than acidity. While great tonight this is still on the upslope.

Round and full on the nose. Quite ripe with a hint of preserved orange. Plush and full/ never would guess a Raveneau if blind. Hmm
