4th of July treat. Needed 30 minutes of air. Full and textured with salted cantaloupe and honeydew melon. First Sancerre of this caliber that I’ve tasted. Great stuff.

Textural, mineral, a racier and more linear profile from Cotat. Melon, kiwi, ripe citrus, wet rocks, cool herbs, aloe. Deliciously brisk but maintains weight and drinking well outta the gates

Like drinking a cool, rocky stream. This is all mineral and refreshment, maybe a little softer than many, and certainly restrained on the fruit side.
