I love 17 at Buffet and also in general. What a terrific vintage. Stunningly fragrant and juicy cherries. Unreal mineral/limestone focus and insane spices. So so fragrant after around 45 minutes. What one wants. Palate is ripe and juicy and so silky with nice delicacy and wonderful spices. Long finish and so elegant as this site tends to be. This is a 9.4 easy as it lacks the density to be elite.

Nose is a bit confused on open.
Palate: perfect early season cherry. Remarkable purity. Great acidic balance.
Let’s see where this goes.
This needs an hour. As it opens candied lilacs on the nose. Gorgeous. Exquisite.
Palate is silky. Memories of blackberries. Integrated lilacs. Amazing. Goes to show what time can do. This is Fucking burgundy.
If you want to pop and pour wait 3-5 years.

Fruity and very generous. The juiciest cherries mingle with mint, lavender, a touch of soy and tamarind. Very clean, beautiful transparency, nose is a bit quiet at the momen but quite pretty and the palate is wide open.
