Light, lemon white wine with fresh notes of apple. Served it with a goat cheese and smoked salmon appetizer. Lovely!

Nose of citrus, melon, and pineapple with a strong scent of chalk. Mouth full of fat white peach with a light pearlant. Greasy, round with a fairly good linger. Terroir effect limited on this Sauvignon but great stance!
