Mar 1st, 2025Sappy red and black cherries. Bright red fresh fruits with notes of pepper and spice. I could be convinced this was new world if tasted blind. An element of astringency at the finish. An excellent village red Burgundy. After a few hours, still fresh and vibrant. Have the next in a year or two.

Deserves a repost. Half a bottle two days later. There's a lot here. Generously sweet fruit that's light and bright. A light feral edge, and a hint of blue fruit from time to time. It's a square, big-shouldered wine, structured enough to cut through plenty of fat on your palate, but the tannins are well managed. Loamy dirt flavor. I'd love to have more of this.

Lovely and balanced. Great pheromonal and barnyard bouquet. Strong projection and long finish. Very nice wine still showing some youth
