Glass-staining garnet purple. Moderate nose of dark fruit, earth, menthol. Palate confirms the nose with menthol becoming more like wood spices. Medium full body, firm tannins, medium plus acidity, medium long dark finish. In a great place and reddy for beef stew!

60% Tannat, 40% Cabernet Franc. We're clearly confused as we're drinking Basque wine with Spaghetti & Meatballs. Everything is actually quite delicious.
